opis techniczny: This Jump Starter does not require a battery. In place of a battery this Jump Starter is equipped with capacitors temporarily able to store sufficient electrical charge to allow a vehicle to be started.

The charge input for the capacitors may be from a vehicle lacking sufficient battery charge to start the vehicle (12V DC outlet or a USB outlet).
